YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN ENERGY INTERNATIONAL SUMMIT
OFFERS CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS FOR AAPL MEMBERS


LAS VEGAS (January 20, 2011) _ The Young Professionals in Energy International Summit has been certified by the American Association of Professional Landsmen (AAPL) for continuing education credits. AAPL members who attend this activity may claim six (6) RL/RPL continuing education credits and six (6) recertification credits based on actual attendance at the event, to be held April 8-10, 2011 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Tropicana Hotel.

Members must fill out an affidavit available at the program and return it to obtain the credits. Joining YPE members from around the world are Phillips Energy Partners, Foley & Lardner LLP, NV Energy, Oxford Princeton Programmes and the Nevada Commission on Economic Development.

The Summit will feature panel discussions and presentations by YPE members from around the world on such vital energy issues as shale gas, renewable energy, electric vehicles and funding new energy projects. Executives from Nissan, Shell, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) , the Environmental Protection Agency, (EPA), Ernst & Young, the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI), Firelake Capital, Fulbright & Jaworski and more have been confirmed for the first round of speakers. Additional presentations and panelists will be announced.
